Steve founded Alsation Land Company, a Kansas City based real estate development company in 1999. Steve began his real estate career with Grubb & Ellis|The Winbury Group, a Kansas City based real estate brokerage and management company in 1989 and served as a Senior Principal and Senior Vice President. Alsation Multifamily and Hospitality Group was formed in 2013 and is actively working on and involved with in excess of $200,000,000 of Class A institutional quality multifamily commercial real estate development throughout North America.

Steve graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Personnel Administration with minors in Business and Economics. Steve serves on the Board of Directors of numerous real estate development and holding companies. Steve is a past board member of Blue Ridge Bank and Trust Company, Hartman Heritage Center Community Improvement District, the Kansas City International Airport/I-29 Community Improvement District and has been actively involved in the Kansas City, Missouri, Downtown Council. Steve is a Kansas City native with extended travel experience both domestically and internationally. Steve supports numerous social and charitable organizations.

Lisa joined Alsation Land Company in 2002 as Office Manager, bringing with her many years of real estate management and sales expertise. Prior to joining Alsation, she accrued over twenty years of diversified business experience with special emphasis in sales, marketing and corporate operations management, including over ten years with a Fortune 500 company as a top-producing senior sales director assuming a management position within her first year.

Having built her sales force from ground level and successfully penetrating a new geographic market, she was responsible for the training and oversight of hundreds of consultants throughout the nation; and was consistently recognized for achieving annual production that ranked in the top 1% of the company.

Lisa’s expertise also includes working directly alongside the President and executive team of First City Bank, a billion-dollar retail banking organization. Working in collaboration with a private developer for over fifteen years, Lisa assisted in the management and operations of a multi-million dollar industrial real estate investment company. Lisa is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in both Missouri and Kansas.


Jeremy D Meighan

Jeremy Meighan is a well-rounded entrepreneur and investment banker with expertise in the area of, real estate, manufacturing, oil and gas and entertainment. Jeremy has a bachelor’s degree in Economics/International Trade and Finance from Louisiana State University in addition to graduating from the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University.

Jeremy has worked at some of the most notable and prestigious financial firms such as American Express, Allstate Financial, Banc One Securities and JP Morgan Chase where he managed over 100 million in assets. In addition to excelling at these firms, he was given the opportunity to partner with many medium to large scale developers in the country of Belize to organize debt and equity positions.

Jeremy created a network of many funding sources of which he has strong relationships with that provide debt, equity, LP and JV partnerships. He works closely with these sources and structures deals along with organizing the capital stacks.

Jeremy is a partner and CIO/Head of Capital Markets in Alsation Multifamily and Hospitality Group, LLC and Greystar JV strategic partnership currently developing high rise multifamily projects in downtown Denver and Austin. Jeremy currently holds the positions of CEO of JM Group International, LLC. Jeremy is the Chairman of the board of directors for Safe Duck Manufacturing, LLC which has a joint venture with ICC that manufactures closed cell insulation. In addition, Jeremy is a partner in Navarre Assets Group, LLC that was part of developing a 101 unit waterfront community in Navarre, Florida. Jeremy is also a partner in Sandy Point Group, LTD leading a team of industry veterans currently developing a Wyndham Grand, and other Wyndham brands as part of a master planned portfolio resort destination, on Ambergris Caye, Belize. Jeremy was able to negotiate Areas of protection for Wyndham.
